Repairing your Vehicle:

At East Coast Cab & Chassis Ltd we use Digital Still Photography to ensure your vehicle is authorised for repair as quickly as possible. Once the Estimate has been compiled and authorised, repairs to your vehicle commence. Our workshops are equipped with the Josam Cab Jig and the Josam Chassis Realignment Systems for heavy commercial vehicles, and the Josam Four Wheel Drive Realignment Systems, which enables us to repair both Four Wheel Drive and Light Commercial Vehicles.

Painting and Refinishing your Vehicle:

Once repairs have been completed, your vehicle is then moved into one of our paint shops to commence the refinishing process. First comprehensive preparation work is carried out, primer and paint are applied to the prepared vehicle with each coat being given drying time under high temperature. Only the highest quality paints are used on our premises, using the latest computerised “Mixing and Matching” technology, which ensures perfect colour matching and durability of finish is achieved. We also undertake fleet painting and refinishing of new and used vehicles.

The Final Inspection:

Continuous inspection processes are carried out at all stages of reconstruction with a number of final tests designed to make certain that the road condition of your vehicle is up to the highest standard before being returned to you. These involve Steering and Geometry Alignment using Josam Laser Equipment, Headlamp Alignment tests as well as the application of corrosion protection materials to protect newly painted surfaces. As a final gesture we fully valet your vehicle before it is returned to you.
